Over the past seven years at Microsoft, I have been deeply involved in AI and recently Copilot projects for both B2B and B2C applications. My expertise extends beyond visual design to include creating user flows, prototypes, envisioning concepts, ensuring accessibility (A11y), incorporating voice and cognitive services, and defining the overall look and feel of applications.
