In the quiet moments of the night, I often find myself daydreaming about floating along fast-flowing rivers, chasing after elusive Cutthroat Trout, and effortlessly scaling ice-covered mountains. However, the true essence of my life revolves around my incredible wife and three children. They constantly push me to test the limits of sleep deprivation and keep me entertained with their hilarity. Our faith keeps us grounded, and it has been a source of strength as we have navigated through health challenges, home renovations, and our decision to move our family back to the Pacific Northwest.

My passion for design can be traced back to my childhood spent on my grandfather's farm in Iowa. There, I was exposed to numerous patched hats and jackets that he had acquired from purchasing seeds, trucks, tractors, and chemicals. It was during those times that I noticed the International Harvester logo, realizing that it represented both the initials of the company and a tractor. I also observed the evolution of the John Deere logo, as old signs hidden in forgotten buildings on the farm revealed the transition from a four-legged deer to a two-legged one.

I carry many of the values instilled in me by my family into my relationships with clients. I believe in treating people well, firmly shaking their hand, and maintaining direct eye contact. I value listening attentively to their needs and following through on my commitments. These principles have allowed me to cultivate long-term relationships with many clients. The role I play in each client's business varies. Sometimes I simply provide a service, while other times I thoroughly analyze their existing assets and offer guidance. Occasionally, I have the opportunity to start from scratch and create something entirely new. And on rare occasions, I forge connections that extend beyond a professional relationship and form genuine friendships, where we can even enjoy fishing together.
